The Board of Directors of YNH wishes to announce that Kar Sin Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 1 October 2025 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement ("JVA") with Genland Sdn Bhd to construct, develop and complete a residential development known as Residensi Bangsar South (or such other name to be approved by the appropriate authority).
