Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 27 January 2025, 9 April 2025, 9 July 2025, 8 October 2025, 28 January 2026 and 10 March 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into between AppAsia International Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

The Company shall make further announcements as and when there are further material developments in relation to the MOU.
