Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 31 March 2026 ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all definions and terms used in this announcement shall have the 
same meaning as defined in the Announcement. 

The Board wishes to announce that the Client, Oppstar Microelectronics and Silicon X have, on 25 May 2026 mutually terminated the SOW. 

The mutual termination is executed to facilitate a clear structural realignment of the project's delivery framework. Following an operational review of the workflows under the original tripartite arrangement, both Oppstar Microelectronics and Silicon X have mutually agreed to terminate the SOW with the Client and this is to replace a separate agreement each to be entered with the Client for their respective scope of work. 

The Board believes that this will optimise technical reporting lines, maximise project management efficiency, and allow the Group to deploy its engineering resources more effectively for the project. 

For information purposes, Oppstar Microelectronics, has on 25 May 2026 entered into a Design Service Agreement with the Client for its specific engineering and design migration scope, the details of which will been made in a separate announcement.
