References are made to (i) the annual results announcement of Media Chinese International Limited (the "Company") dated 28 May 2026 for the year ended 31 March 2026 (the "Annual Results Announcement") and (ii) the trading halt announcement of the Company dated 29 May 2026. Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as the Annual Results Announcement.

The Board of Directors (the "Board") would like to clarify that there is an inadvertent mistake contained on page 29 of the Annual Results Announcement. The Board did not recommend the payment of any final or interim dividend for the year ended 31 March 2026 and there shall therefore be no closure of the register of members of the Company in respect of any dividend. The section headed "CLOSURE OF THE REGISTER OF MEMBERS FOR INTERIM DIVIDEND" should be deleted in its entirety accordingly.

This announcement is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Annual Results Announcement. Save for the above, all other information in the Annual Results Announcement remains unchanged.
