Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Liftech Group Berhad dated 8 June 2026. 

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 8 June 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 16 June 2026.

In the event there are any changes to the timetable, we will advertise the notice of changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper in Malaysia and make an announcement on Busa Securities' website.
