The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 26 May 2025 and 6 June 2025 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 16 July 2025 ("Approval Letter"), resolved to approve the listing and quotation for up to 73,070,410 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.

The above approval granted by Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:-

i. SIB and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

ii. SIB and UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of Proposed Private Placement;

iii. SIB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and

iv. SIB to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolutions passed by the shareholders in a general meeting approving the Proposed Private Placement and Proposed Acquisition.
