Unless stated otherwise, the terms used in this announcements shall have the same meaning as defined in the Company’s announcements dated 19 February 2025, 21 February 2025 and 10 April 2025.
Further to the Company’s announcements dated 19 February 2025, 21 February 2025 and 10 April 2025, the Board of Directors of Artroniq Berhad wishes to clarify that pursuant to the Shares Sale Agreement (“SSA”), which stated therein that the Parties, namely Grand Business Merchant Sdn. Bhd. (the “Purchaser”) and Parklin Venture Capital Sdn Bhd (“Paklin”) had agreed and confirmed that the sale and purchase of the Sale Shares shall be deemed completed upon the date of receipt of the Deposit of RM650,000-00.
Since the Purchaser had paid the 10% deposit on the Proposed Disposal to Paklin on 25 February 2025, thereby marking the completion of the Proposed Disposal on 25 February 2025.
