We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of TENAGA by way of market making.
The TENAGA-C3I is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The TENAGA-C3I is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2024. The TENAGA-C3I is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 18 October 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 24 January 2025 and the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 22 May 2025.
The salient terms of the TENAGA-C3I are set out in the attachment.
