The Board of Directors of TechStore is pleased to announce that Tech-Store Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“TSM”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 28 July 2025 accepted the Letter of Award (“LOA”) from Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia (“JKDM”) for the provision of leasing and training services for four (4) units of baggage scanner machines and two (2) units of body scanner machines with accessories for JKDM (“Works”) for a total consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Seven Million Seven Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Forty-Two and Cents Forty only (RM7,747,142.40) (“Contract Value”). The contract period would be seventy-seven (77) months from 1 August 2025 to 31 December 2031.
