We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 35,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of AFFIN by way of market making.

The AFFIN-C24 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The AFFIN-C24 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The AFFIN-C24 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under AFFIN-C24 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
