On behalf of the Board of Directors of Paramount, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company, through Venice Concepts Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 29 July 2025, entered into a share purchase agreement with JAG Capital Holdings Sdn Bhd for the proposed acquisition of 85,170,779 ordinary shares in Envictus, representing 28.00% equity interest in Envictus for a total purchase consideration of SGD38,326,850.55 (equivalent to RM126,317,634.04) to be satisfied entirely via cash.
