Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the circular to shareholders dated 22 April 2025 in relation to the Share Capital Reduction. 

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Court had on 23 July 2025 granted an order confirming the Share Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 116 of the Act. The sealed copy of the order of the Court has been lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 30 July 2025 pursuant to Section116(6) of the Act for the Share Capital Reduction to take effect.
