Reference is made to the announcement released on 20 May 2025 pertaining to the subject matter.
We have been informed by our solicitors on 5 August 2025 that the High Court Judge had on 22 July 2025, dismissed the abovementioned suit against the Defendants. The Plaintiffs were ordered to pay a total of RM312,000 in costs which comprise of cost of RM150,000 to the 1st Defendant, cost of RM150,000 to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Defendants with total allocatur of RM12,000.
