Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the circular to shareholders dated 22 April 2025 in relation to the Share Capital Reduction.

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company has received the Notice of Confirming Reduction of Share Capital from Companies Commission of Malaysia, that all the requirement with respect to reduction of share capital of the Company, has been complied with and that the share capital of the Company is as stated in the order of the Court dated 23 July 2025. Pursuant thereto, the Share Capital Reduction has been completed on 11 August 2025.
