OCEAN VANTAGE HOLDINGS BERHAD ("OVH" OR "COMPANY") FREE WARRANTS ISSUE IN THE COMPANY ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING SHARES IN THE COMPANY ("OVH SHARES" OR "SHARES") HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS WHOSE NAMES APPEAR IN THE COMPANY'S RECORD OF DEPOSITORS AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 5 AUGUST 2025
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new OVH Share at the exercise price (as set out above) at any time during the exercise period (as set out above) ("Exercise Period"), subject to any adjustment(s) in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll constituting the Warrants dated 22 July 2025. Any Warrant not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. If the expiry/maturity date of the Warrants is not a market day, then it shall be the market day immediately preceding the said non-market day. This announcement is dated 12 August 2025.
