We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 28,000,000 European-style noncollateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of ECOWLD by way of market making.

The ECOWLD-C46 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The ECOWLD-C46 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The ECOWLD-C46 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under ECOWLD-C46 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
