We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of PMETAL by way of market making.

The PMETAL-C2D is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The PMETAL-C2D is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2024. The PMETAL-C2D is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 18 October 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 24 January 2025, Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 22 May 2025 and the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 25 July 2025.
