The Board of the Directors of Magni is pleased to announce that the Company wishes to seek its shareholders' approval for the renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority for the Company to purchase up to 10% of the total issued shares of the Company ("Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority") to be tabled at the forthcoming 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Share Buy-Back Statement in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be uploaded onto Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website or the Company's website in due course.
