The Board of Directors of KPS Consortium Berhad ("KPSCB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, KPS Plywood Sdn. Bhd. had on 19 August 2025 entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Pelangi Technowood Sdn. Bhd. for the purchase of all that leasehold land held under HS(D) 316719 PT 163969 Mukim Klang, Daerah Klang, Negeri Selangor measuring approximately 16,363 square metres in area with the single factory erected therein bearing the address known as PT 141922 (Lot 163969), Lebuhraya Pulau Indah 9KS/13), Kawasan Perindustrian Pulau Indah, 42000 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Thirty Million (RM30,000,000.00) only.
