The Board of Directors of CWG Holdings Berhad has proposed a first and final single-tier dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of financial year ended 30 June 2025.

The said proposed single-tier dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share is subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

A further announcement will be made at a later date pertaining to the entitlement and payment dates once determined.
