We refer to the announcements dated 18 September 2023, 29 November 2023, 26 February 2024, 30 May 2024, 28 August 2024, 27 November 2024, 28 February 2025 and 22 May 2025 in relation to the MOU between Theta Edge and Cybernetica. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU since the last announcement made on 22 May 2025.
The Company will make the appropriate announcement if there is any material development.
