PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF SJC (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES, IF ANY) ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

Reference is made to the conditions imposed by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on the approval for the listing and quotation of up to 29,119,900 new ordinary shares in SJC to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement via the approval letter dated 3 November 2023.

Please refer to the attachment for details of the quarterly updates.

The Company wishes to announce that the proceeds raised from Private Placement amounting to RM10.6 million have been fully utilised as at 30 June 2025. Accordingly, this will be the final quarterly announcement on the status of utilisation of proceeds from Private Placement.
