Reference is made to our announcements 23 July 2025 in relation to the offering of 35,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over EKOVEST (“Existing Issue”).

RHBIB are pleased to announce the proposed further issue of up to 25,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash-settled call warrants over EKOVEST (“Proposed Further Issue”).

The purpose of the Proposed Further Issue is to facilitate the market making process of the Existing Issue. The Proposed Further Issue will form part of the Existing Issue and the terms and conditions of the Proposed Further Issue will be identical with the Existing Issue.

The tentative listing date for the Proposed Further Issue of EKOVEST-C74 is 11 September 2025.

The Proposed Further Issue is subject to all necessary approvals being obtained from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
