Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 21 February 2025 and 26 February 2025 (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, all defined terms and acronyms used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Earlier Announcements.

Further to the Earlier Announcements, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that, following the demise of one of the beneficiaries of the estate of the late landowner, the executors are in the midst of obtaining the necessary consent through legal proceedings to facilitate the sale of the Land. 

In view of the ongoing proceedings, the completion of the Acquisition is now expected to be deferred to the second quarter of 2026.

The Company will continue to monitor the matter closely and will make further announcement(s) to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments.
