The Board of Directors of Unique Fire ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company had on 8 September 2025 entered into a joint venture and shareholders agreement ("JVSHA") with Z10 Pte. Ltd. ("Z10"), E&E Electrical Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (“E&E”) and Unique Electronics Sdn. Bhd. (“Unique Electronics” or “JV Company”) whereby the Company, Z10 and E&E (collectively, “Shareholders”), have agreed to jointly undertake the business as more particularly described in Section 4.1 of this announcement (“Business”) and to regulate their respective rights, obligations and to record the arrangement amongst them as shareholders in respect of the establishment, ownership, management and operation of the JV Company (“Joint Venture”).
