ISSUANCE OF 39,213,441 FREE DETACHABLE WARRANTS IN PARKWOOD HOLDINGS BERHAD ("PARKWOOD") ("WARRANTS") ISSUED PURSUANT TO THE RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF 313,707,585 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN PARKWOOD ("RIGHTS SHARES") ON THE BASIS OF 2 RIGHTS SHARES FOR EVERY 1 EXISTING SHARE HELD TOGETHER WITH 39,213,441 WARRANTS ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 8 RIGHTS SHARES SUBSCRIBED
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new Parkwood Share at the exercise price of RM0.11, exercisable at any time within a period of 5 years commencing from and including 20 August 2025, being the issue date of the Warrants and ending at 5.00 p.m. on the Expiry Date ("Exercise Period"), subject to any adjustments that may be made from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll constituting the Warrants dated 16 July 2025. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 9 September 2025.
