The Board of Directors of ASTEEL Group Berhad (“ASTEEL”) is pleased to announce that ASTEEL Synergy  Sdn Bhd ("ASYN"), a wholly owned subsidiary of ASTEEL Resources Sdn Bhd, which in turn is  80.36% owned  by ASTEEL, had on 9 September 2025 accepted a Letter of Award from EC Bina Sdn Bhd to ASYN for the supply, delivery and installation of roof finishing and it’s associated works for construction of factory buildings at Mukim Tanjung Duabelas, Daerah Kuala Langat, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“the Project”) with a subcontract sum of approximately RM10.1 million.
