Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 12 September 2025 issued by Cheeding Holdings Berhad.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 12 September 2025 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 23 September 2025.

In the event that there is any change to the indicative timetable, we will advertise the notice of change in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers in Malaysia and make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
