Mr. Eau Yong Eun is a skilled professional in corporate finance and consulting, with extensive exposure to various industries, including construction, property development, consumer products and services, agricultural products, and technology. 

He holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance) (Honours) from HELP University, Malaysia, and a professional certification in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. 

He began his corporate finance career in the Corporate Finance department of M&A Securities Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of M&A Equity Holdings Berhad. There, he managed multiple Initial Public Offerings (IPO) across diverse sectors, spearheaded corporate fundraising activities, executed restructuring plans, and managed transactions including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, diversification, bonus issues, Employee Share Option Schemes (ESOS), debt settlements, and share consolidations. 

Prior to his tenure in corporate finance, he gained experience in financial management and business administrative roles within property investment and utility construction companies. 

Currently, Mr. Eau Yong Eun serves as the Associate Director of Quantum Solaris Sdn Bhd, a consulting firm providing services focused on value creation strategies, financial analysis, regulatory compliance and business restructuring. In this capacity, he leads corporate advisory projects, stakeholder management, and business development initiatives.
