The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 18 August 2025, 4 September 2025 and 17 September 2025 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 22 September 2025, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 109,715,978 new ordinary shares in Kanger to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement, subject to the following conditions:- i. Kanger and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Private Placement. ii. Kanger and UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Private Placement. iii. Kanger to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Private Placement is completed.
