We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 15,000,000 European-style nonc-ollateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MI by way of market making.

The MI-C36 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The MI-C36 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The MI-C36 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under MI-C36 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
