The Board of KPS Consortium Berhad has approved changing its financial year-end from 31 December 2025 to 30 June 2026. The next audited financial statements will cover 18 months, from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2026. Subsequent year-ends will be 30 June. This change aims to improve operational efficiency, streamline financial reporting & audits, avoid the December peak period, & better align with the company's operational cycle for more effective resource management & a smoother financial close.
