For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the announcements unless otherwise defined herein.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 2 December 2022, 9 April 2024, 28 October 2024, 19 March 2025 and 16 May 2025 in relation to the same.

The Company wishes to announce that the conditions precedent of the sale and purchase agreement in respect of Lot 30041 (“SPA 3”), including obtaining the relevant consents from the relevant authorities, have been fulfilled. Accordingly, SPA 3 became unconditional on 30 September 2025 and it will proceed to completion on the Completion Date as stipulated in the SPA 3.

For avoidance of doubt, all other terms and conditions of the SPA remain unchanged.
