The Board of Directors of CWG Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the proposed renewal of share buy-back authority at the forthcoming 9th Annual General Meeting.

A statement to shareholders containing details of the above proposal will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
