The Board of Directors of Ocean Fresh Berhad (“OFB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 1 October 2025 received the Consent to Act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 from Messrs UHY Malaysia PLT via their letter dated 30 September 2025. Hence, Messrs UHY Malaysia PLT has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
