The Board of Directors of Golden Land Berhad wishes to announce that it will be seeking Shareholders' approval on the following:-

a) Proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for the recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature

b) Proposed renewal of share buy back authority

The Circular containing the information on the above proposals will be issued to the Shareholders in due course.
