We are pleased to announce the offering by CLSASM of up to 50,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of GAMUDA by way of market making.

The GAMUDA-C4C is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The GAMUDA-C4C is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. The GAMUDA-C4C is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 11 April 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 June 2025 and the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 27 August 2025. The obligations of CLSASM under GAMUDA-C4C are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025.
