The Board of Directors of REDtone wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened:-
1. Proposed Renewal of and New Shareholders' Mandates for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and 2. Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its own Shares.
A Circular/ Statement to Shareholders setting out the details of the aforesaid proposals will be uploaded in due course onto the Company's website at https://www.redtone.com together with the Company's 2025 Annual Report, and upon request, despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
