We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the ZETRIX Shares.
ZETRIX-C9Z is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 28 November 2024 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. ZETRIX-C9Z is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 9 December 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 3 February 2025, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 4 September 2025 and the Term Sheet dated 9 October 2025.
ZETRIX-C9Z is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of ZETRIX-C9Z is set out in the attachment. |
