The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 26 May 2025, 6 June 2025, 16 July 2025 and 29 July 2025 in relation to the Corporate Exercises. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 9 October 2025 resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.148 per Placement Share. The issue price of RM0.148 per Placement Share represents a discount of 9.42% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of SIB Shares up to and including 8 October 2025, being the last traded day of SIB Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM0.1634 per SIB Share.
