The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the Annual General Meeting to be convened:


(i) Proposed new shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature; and
(ii) Proposed renewal of authority for the purchase of own shares by the Company.
(collectively referred to as "Proposals")


A circular/statement to shareholders containing details of the above Proposals will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
