The Board of Directors of Ibraco Berhad (“IBRACO” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that IBRACO had on 16 October 2025 entered into a Share Sales Agreement (“SSA”) with Kuching Health Holdings Sdn. Bhd. ("the Purchaser") to dispose of its 100% equity interest in NorthBank Specialist Hospital Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 201901012601 (1321929-D)) (“NSHSB") comprising 600,000 ordinary shares for a total cash consideration of RM900,000.00 ("Disposal Consideration") (“Proposed Disposal"). Upon completion of the Proposed Disposal, NSHSB will cease to be subsidiary of IBRACO.
