Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcements made in relation to the same.
Further to the Company’s announcements made on 10 September 2021, 29 October 2021, 12 May 2023, 18 July 2024 and 26 June 2025 in relation to VME’s appeal against the High Court Judgment and High Court’s decision not to adjourn trial scheduled on 21 October 2025.
(a) The Court of Appeal dismissed VME’s appeal against the High Court’s decision not to adjourn the trial, with costs of RM30,000 to be paid to Tanjung Offshore Services Sdn. Bhd.; and (b) The Court of Appeal dismissed VME’s appeal against the High Court Judgment, with costs of RM80,000 to be paid to Tanjung Offshore Services Sdn. Bhd.
Tanjung Offshore Services Sdn. Bhd.'s solicitors are currently awaiting the sealed Order from the Court of Appeal.
