The definitions used herein in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those used in the Information Memorandum dated 25 September 2025, unless otherwise stated. 

The listing and quotation of the entire issued share capital of LPC comprising 380,291,000 Shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities is implemented by way of introduction and does not entail any fundraising nor issuance of new securities in conjunction therewith. 

This timetable is tentative and is subject to changes which may be necessary to facilitate implementation procedures.
