On behalf of the Board of Directors of BWYS (“Board”), M & A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M & A Securities”) wishes to announce that BW Scaffold Industries Sdn Bhd (“Duabelas Land Purchaser” or “BW Scaffold”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of BWYS had on 22 October 2025 entered into a sale and purchase agreement (“Duabelas Land SPA”) with Compass IP Sdn Bhd (“Duabelas Land Vendor” or “Compass IP”), for the acquisition of a parcel of freehold industrial land held under H.S.(D) 50254, PT 53925, Mukim Tanjong Duabelas, District of Kuala Langat, State of Selangor Darul Ehsan (“Duabelas Land”) for a cash consideration of RM94,479,631.50 (“Duabelas Land Purchase Consideration”), subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Duabelas Land SPA (“Proposed Duabelas Land Acquisition”).
