Reference is made to the Offer as well as the offer document in relation to the Offer dated 2 October 2025 (“Offer Document”).

The Board wishes to announce that the Company had on 23 October 2025 received a press notice from Maybank Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Offeror and the Ultimate Offeror, informing that the Offer has closed at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Thursday, 23 October 2025 (“Closing Date”).

In accordance with paragraph 13.01 of the Rules, the level of acceptances of the Offer as at the Closing Date is set out in the attachment.
