NICHE CAPITAL EMAS HOLDINGS BERHAD ("NICE" OR THE "COMPANY") BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS IN NICE ("WARRANT(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN NICE HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS AS AT 5.00 P.M ON 14 OCTOBER 2025 ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")
The Warrants may be exercised any time during the tenure of the Warrants of 5 years including and commencing from the issue date of the Warrants and ending at 5.00 p.m. on the Expiry Date (5.00 p.m. on a date being 5 years from and including the issue date of the Warrants, provided that if such date falls on a day which is not a market day, then the expiry date will be on the preceding market day). Each Warrant entitles the Warrant Holders to an option to subscribe in cash for 1 new ordinary share in NICE at the Exercise Price and shall be subject to the adjustments in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Deed Poll during the Exercise Period.
