The Board of Directors of BEDI wishes to announce that Mr. Yap Yen Chien has ceased as the member of the Sustainability Committee ("SC") with effective from 31 October 2025, in view of his resignation as Director of the Company.
Following this change, the composition of the SC is as follows:-
1. Datuk Christopher Chin Soo Yin, JP (Chairman) - Independent Non-Executive Chairman 2. Ms. Lita (Member) - Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer 3. Vacant (Member)
In accordance to the Terms of reference of the SC, the Company will appoint a new member within three (3) months to fill the vacancy in SC. |
