Pursuant to the case management on 29 October 2025 and in respect of the ongoing Court proceeding, the Board of Directors of Pasukhas wishes to inform the following :-
(i) The trial fixed on 6 November 2025 is vacated; (ii) The Court has fixed the new trial dates on 10 - 12 February 2026 and 16 - 19 March 2026; (iii) Extension of time is granted for parties to file the pre-trial documents by the next case management; and (iv) The next case management is fixed on 15 December 2025 for parties to update the Court on the status of the pre-trial documents.
Any further material development of the above matter will be announced in due course.
