OFFERING OF UP TO 19,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER S&P 500 INDEX ("SP500") ("SP500-C60")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 19,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over SP500 by way of market making.


The SP500-C60 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The SP500-C60 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025. The SP500-C60 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2025. The obligations of MCSM under SP500-C60 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025.
